We simply brought our 2022 QX80 in because one the keys were not working properly, and we walked out of there a short time later with a brand new 2024 QX80, and that was only because the staff were kind, not pushy, and worked with our budget! Everything about our experience was excellent! Armand, Jorge, and Nikolas...all wonderful! If it weren't for their pleasant personalities, we would have left with our older vehicle.
