The heat is on with Infiniti`s Summer Lease Loyalty Program! Douglas Infiniti invites eligible customers of IFS to return their lease vehicle prior to maturity date when they purchase or lease any Model Year 2010/2011 New, unregistered Infiniti through IFS* based on conditions listed below. The New Infiniti must be delivered from dealer stock during the Program Period.


Program Offer - Eligible lessees will receive one or more of the following:


1. A waiver of up to three(3) remaining payments due on the eligible IFS lease.


  *Eligible lessees may have more than 3 remaining payments. In this situation, the dealer must guarantee/collect any remaining payments and submit them with the new contract.


2. The mileage agreed upon in the contract for the full-term will be honored. The lessee will pay excess mileage charges only if the actual miles at the vehicle return exceed the contracted, full-term mileage. Unused mileage will not be refunded.


3. A waiver of up to $500 in excess wear-and-use/excess mileage charges on the eligible IFS lease, if applicable. Owner Loyalty Forms must be submitted for verification.


NOTE>>> Please allow 2-3 weeks from grounding for processing of waivers.


Program Period: July 1st through September 30th, 2010


  *Eligible lessees must return their current lease vehicle and sign a new contract with IFS between July 1st, 2010 and September 30th, 2010.


 ELIGIBLE IFS LESSEES


Current IFS lessees with a scheduled maturity date between September 1st, 2010 and February 1st, 2011.


  The eligible lessee must be approved to lease of finance a New Infiniti through IFS. 


LESSEE ACTION REQUIRED


Eligible lessees must do all of the following during the program period to receive this offer:


1. Schedule aand complete a vehicle pre-return inspection prior to returning the vehicle to the dealership by calling 800-887-5155.


2. Terminate their current eligible IFS lease contract at Douglas Infiniti.


3. Purchase or lease a New 2010/2011 Infiniti and finance through IFS.
