While visiting New Jersey, I encountered some problems with my G37X. I needed to get to the nearest dealership which was the Douglas Infiniti in Summit, New Jersey. I had the pleasure of meeting Mario who looked at my vehicle and had one of the mechanics to pull the car into the shop. I was there for only an half an hour, Mario was God send! I went to the cashier to pay for the job and spoke with Adriana who was very professional and a joy to speak with. I would like to thank you guys for helping me out. I had a smooth ride home.

I have purchased four vehicles from Douglas and the experience has been fantastic, thanks to Jamie Fishbane! But not only was purchasing of my G37IPL a great deal, but the service department is phenomenal and one of the main reasons I keep coming back. Alexis always assists me with her knowledge and her patience in explaining detail information. She takes great pride in always making sure that I am completely satisfied with my vehicle serviced. Came in for first time for service on my 2008 g35 bought in NC, dead battery. In market for new car to upgrade to all wheel drive for north east weather. Gill was extremely helpful running the numbers on various car options. We were able to turn in lease early, get new lease on 2012 g37x fully loaded for same price as old lease. Turned the deal around in one day, got me a loner for a few hrs, and all emoyees very nice. Gill drove to our home after hours to deliver an important item left at dealer. Toby saved the day by remberig to get my EZPass out of the old car & put in new car. Dealership clean, good snacks and drinks.
