Background
Around the age of 13 I started tinkering with lawn mowers and small tractors. 1987, enrolled in Lincoln Technical Institute. In April of 1988 started at Douglas VW as a pre-delivery technician. 1992 promoted to lead technician at Infiniti. 1997 promoted to service advisor at Infiniti and in 2001 promoted to Infiniti Service manager position. I have been in the automotive business for 23 years, proudly serving Douglas Motors.

Hobbies & Interests
Fishing with my family, coaching youth wrestling, helping family and friends, tinkering with small engines and wood working.

I have purchased four vehicles from Douglas and the experience has been fantastic, thanks to Jamie Fishbane! But not only was purchasing of my G37IPL a great deal, but the service department is phenomenal and one of the main reasons I keep coming back. Alexis always assists me with her knowledge and her patience in explaining detail information. She takes great pride in always making sure that I am completely satisfied with my vehicle serviced. By the way the entire service department from the best service manager, Gary, to Mario who has always been so helpful with his expertise, to Adam and Adriana, to the knowledgeable technicians and to the courteous valet guys Toby and Rafael.
