Douglas is one of the best dealerships I have been to in a long time! I am new to the area and had an emergency which the service department handled professionally and promptly. Alexis told me to come right in and I was able to wait while my tire was repaired. She was extremely helpful and understanding of a difficult situation. I have been bringing my vehicle to Douglas Infiniti for years. I switched from Infiniti of Manhattan. These guys are great & trustworthy. Alexis in service is wonderful & a true professional. I have purchased four vehicles from Douglas and the experience has been fantastic, thanks to Jamie Fishbane! But not only was purchasing of my G37IPL a great deal, but the service department is phenomenal and one of the main reasons I keep coming back.
