My husband and I have been a customer of Douglas Infiniti for 11 years now. We purchased a QX4 and leased a G35 from them, purchased a used M35 and have always had our vehicles serviced with them. We were in the market to buy a used car so we did our research online and were happy to find something we were interested in at Douglas Infiniti. When I went in to look at the used cars I was directed to work with Michael Carchia. My experience was pleasant and he made it very easy. Michael listened to my needs and quickly directed me to several cars available for me to look at. He was very knowledgeable as to what was available and was able to answer all my questions. The next day he made himself available so that I could come back to test drive the EX35 I was interested in and the following day my husband went in to meet Michael, test drive the car and negotiate a deal. They offered a very fair price avoiding the unnecessary back and forth that is typical when buying a car. The entire process was very easy and quick. Once we bought the car everything was handled for us (contacting insurance, getting temporary registration & license plate) and any requests we had regarding the car were met. Everything was reviewed with us regarding the warranty and availability of extended warranty. The car was ready for pickup the next day. Buying a car can be a very daunting task and Douglas Infiniti makes it very easy and stress free.

This was the best car purchase experience I have had at a dealership. Mike is highly professional, trustworthy and patient. He has definitely displayed to me that the the customer relationship is more important than the sale. I have had the car for less than a month and he and some of the other Douglas Infiniti staff members have reached out to me several times to check that all is well.

I will start off by saying that I would recommend this dealership to anyone thinking of buying a new or used car. I saw the car on the internet and dealt with Michael Carchia over the phone to complete the transaction. I found him to be knowledgeable, helpful and friendly which helped as I was over 1700 miles away in Colorado. When I came to pick up the car, it was exactly as described and finalizing the transaction was a very smooth process and I was on my way in about an hour. Mike was a pleasure to deal with and I would recommend anyone looking for a new or used car to him. My friend also leased a car from Mike subsequent to my purchase and he was similarly happy.

I went to Douglas Infiniti in large part because I had my previous Infiniti serviced there. I pretty much had a good idea of what I wanted to buy when I walked in. I was introduced to Mike Carchia who did an excellent job of getting me the car that I wanted. I did not feel pressured, or pushed in any way. Mike was very informative and professional, making sure I knew of all the features of my new car.

I was also very impressed that, when the car was brought to the lot and inspected that Mike both pointed out minor blemishes (that were until then under the wrapping) and insisted on replacing and refinishing the affected portions so that my new Infiniti G37X Coupe was a spotless, new car in perfect condition.

I traded-in my daughter’s Volkswagen Beetle and receive a good trade-in. Overall the price was close to what I wanted to end up paying. Jamie Fishbane, the sales manager, was very involved in helping me close the deal and I very much appreciated his help in closing the deal.

This was the fourth car I had purchased (third Infiniti), but the first that I really found both the sale process to be such a pleasant (yes, pleasant) experience. Certainly I can infer that this is because this is the first car that I had purchased from Douglas Infiniti.

I am writing this two months after purchase and still have a good feeling and memory from the sale process. And certainly, I am still very happy with my car!
