I love getting a new car, but the process of buying it can be painful. Gil made me feel comfortable from the start, helped me with the choice of color and made me feel he was there to help, not just sell. They were upfront and fair about the price and there were no salesy remarks like ” what will it take to get you in this car tonight.” I wold recommend this dealer to anyone looking for an Infinit. My M37 is great and I am glad I bought it from Gil and Douglas Infiniti.

Very friendly and attentive staff at the dealership. Really worked with me to make sure I get the best deal and I ended up getting the G37x. Came in for first time for service on my 2008 g35 bought in NC, dead battery. In market for new car to upgrade to all wheel drive for north east weather. Gill was extremely helpful running the numbers on various car options. We were able to turn in lease early, get new lease on 2012 g37x fully loaded for same price as old lease. Turned the deal around in one day, got me a loner for a few hrs, and all emoyees very nice. Gill drove to our home after hours to deliver an important item left at dealer. Toby saved the day by remberig to get my EZPass out of the old car & put in new car. Dealership clean, good snacks and drinks.

The sales process went very smoothly. There were no last minute surprises. The car and terms were as described by my salesman, Gil. Jamie made the financing paperwork quick and painless. I had 5 straight prior Audi leases (15 years) so I was hesitant to make a change but Ed and his team at Douglas Infiniti put me at ease. I am very happy with the car and the experience.

While shopping for a G37x I priced out every dealer in New Jersey. I don’t live local to Douglas Infiniti but I sent in a price request anyway. I recieved an email and a phone call right after my price inquiry. The representative on the phone asked me questions about the car and how I would like it configured. He told me he would build the vehicle and check the availability of it. Less then an hour later I got a call back with a price. I couldn’t get to the dealership for several days but the told me it wouldn’t be a problem. When I got there (almost a week later) my G37x was waiting for me. I met my salesmen Gill. He was helpfull and very patient with me as he went over the vehicle from top to bottom. The paper work on the car was exactly what was described to me over the telephone and I would recomend Douglas Infiniti to anyone looking for a new Vehicle.

I’ve been with them since the early 1990′s and this dealer is without parallel in both sales and service, covering four new and one used vehicles during this time. Ask for Sales Consultant Gil Coronado for the best deal and sales experience, along with Sales Mgr Jamie Fishbane–both are superb. Service consultants Mario Delgado and Alexis Vassilatos are likewise the best in the business.
