In my experiences with the car buying process, I have always gotten the run around and bad service. I am happy to say that I didn’t get that at all with Mr. Jackson. He answered every question I had with detail and honesty, a rare combination with salesman these days. His knowledge of cars was impeccable and I was highly impressed.

Excellent Service, very friendly and very patient. Everything went smoothly and much quicker than I expected. No sales pressure, no hype, and down-to-earth advice. A very good experience, which I did not expect from a dealership.

We were looking at cars at various local dealerships and went to Douglas Infiniti initially on the recommendation of my son. We were lucky to meet up with Carey Jackson. He was far and away the best salesman we dealt with in our whole car search. He was never pushy, but was always attentive to our wishes and guided us through several test drives of different vehicles with patience. In the end we bought an Infiniti G37x from him and are delighted with our purchase. I wish I had ten stars for Carey… I would like to mention that all the people we met at Douglas were also friendly and helpful, in particular Jamie Fishbane, who assisted us with our financials. We are very happy that we chose Douglas Infiniti!

The buying experience with Douglas was overall terrific. I read reviews and instantly decided I would like to do business with them. I decided to go in and test drive the car I like. The first impression of this dealership was very remarkable the dealership was very outstanding. I meant with Carey Jackson who was very polite,friendly and had alot of patience. After I test drove the G37X, I instantly knew that this was the car for me. Throughout my entire decision to purchase the G37X Carey was very knowledgeable and answered every question I had. He explained the details of the car in it’s entirety. The process in neogatating was no pressure and above board. The fees were explained very clearly and no last minutes additional fees were included. Overall, I have purchased an amazing vehicle with exceptional customer service and I will continue to do business with Douglas Infinity.

They truly treat you like family, very friendly and supportive through the entire process. Having come from a family where my father had a dealership for 25 years, this is the first dealership I’ve ever seen that gave what I grew up seeing…..respect, helpful in a friendly environment.
