Excellent customer service, worked out all details of the final deal in our favor. Slight misunderstanding was totally absorbed by dealership without hesitation. All members of team had pleasant nature. Arranged all scheduling with us. Helped deal with return of old (non-Infiniti) lease. Recommend dealership and cars to all.

Buying something like Infiniti is always difficult, especially if you are a first time buyer, carry good but not excellent credit score, don’t have long enough credit history to track back, and even with a temporary immigration status.

I never dreamed about buying an Infiniti FX35 before I dropped by at Douglas. I was interested in a used 2008 FX35 and I was stopping by just to take a look at it. I was kinda hesitate to walk in because I know although I have a job with decent payment, I came into the US only 3 years ago as a student, after I started working my credit history was still very limited due to time issue. However Steve and the financial manager Jamie worked this out. They offered me options of purchasing and financing, with a fair price.

I am glad that I went to Douglas, all people in there are very friendly, the transaction was very smooth, with little pressure.

I knew what car and price range I wanted. Jamie presented some options that fit my budget perfectly and Aaron explained every detail in a clear manner that did not require further follow up questions. Overall it was probably the best and most pleaseant experience buying a new car ever. This is my third Infinity. I had a lot of choices to select another brand and I’m glad I went to Douglas in Summit.

We were looking at cars at various local dealerships and went to Douglas Infiniti initially on the recommendation of my son. We were lucky to meet up with Carey Jackson. He was far and away the best salesman we dealt with in our whole car search. He was never pushy, but was always attentive to our wishes and guided us through several test drives of different vehicles with patience. In the end we bought an Infiniti G37x from him and are delighted with our purchase. I wish I had ten stars for Carey… I would like to mention that all the people we met at Douglas were also friendly and helpful, in particular Jamie Fishbane, who assisted us with our financials. We are very happy that we chose Douglas Infiniti!

Our sales person,Amed Olivares, was fantasic as was the Sales Manager, Jamie Fishbane. What a great experience!!! We did not feel pressure to buy the car and the sales person let the beautiful car speak for itself. Also, we were given a great deal right away and did not have to haggle!!!

It was the next to the last day of the year. We had done our research and honed in on purchasing the EX model. My wife had a very specific list of options she required; I had a budget of 40K, completely paid for (purchase price +taxes +motor vehicle fees). We used Truecar – they advised Douglas of our interest in purchasing the vehicle before the end of the year. We were looking at leftover 2011′s. Steve called us within an hour of our inquiry and asked about our specific needs. He didn’t have a 2011, but did have a 2012 model meeting our specs. We needed to meet a price point ; Steve gave us a price that allowed us to do that. We already had financing through Bank of America. As usual, not everything went smoothly with the financial portion of the transaction. The dealership was extremely patient and understanding; they waited for over an hour to receive a credit authorization code. Ultimately we never got through, although the dealership allowed us to take the car home on New Years Eve. Hopefully no issues on Tuesday. I want to say that Steve Sokol and Jamie were terrific through this whole process and we are very happy (so far) with the car!

By far the best Infiniti dealer that I have ever visited. I was offered a great price for the G37x, but the way I was treated there beats anything. Everyone was very professional and helpful. I would go back any given time to buy another car there. Thank you.

I came in just to test drive the Infiniti EX. I took the car out for a test drive with Alan and
knew that the car was great without even going ten feet. Alan was very well informed, not
only about the car I test drove, but other cars that I was comparing it to. Less than a day
later, I purchased the car, It was a no brainer. The sales manager, Jamie Fishbane, was
also a pleasure to deal with. As long as Infiniti makes these kind of vehicles, Douglas
Infiniti will have a long time customer. I would definitely recommend them to anybody
looking for a first rate vehicle, who want first rate service.

I am writing to share with you my GREAT experience of leasing 2 cars at Douglas Infiniti. It is the 4th Infiniti for me and the 5th for my wife, all of the previous ones leased at a different dealership. I sent out a request for proposals through the internet, and got a few responses the best of which was from Douglas Infiniti. We talked and they committed over the phone to a deal which I liked, and wanted us to come drive the proposed cars (M56x, and M37x). We drove up the same evening (about an hour drive), and I told my wife that if thwere will be any changes to the deal they offered over the phone (which unfortunatel, I encountered more than once), we get up and walk away. Well, to make a long story short, the cars they promised were there, they kept all telephone commitments per the phone conversation and even did better the terms! Allan, the sales person was extremely knowledgable in both car performance and operation details, and he and his boss, Jamie, were very cordial and professional!! I never had such a pleasant experience at any car dealership (I dealt with many during my life).
The same excellent experince continued when we picked up the cars and signed the final contarcts.
