Every 3 years I get to experience the pain of replacing my lease car. Surprise, surprise. Here at Douglas, Aaron G made the process as painless as possible. I might even call it fun. The deal was great, the personal attention was welcome and they went the extra mile in all aspects of the deal. My expectations were easily exceeded and I will be back again.

I bought my first Infiniti from Douglas in 2004. Since then we’ve bought several more–for both me and for my husband. We’ve found Douglas’s entire staff–from the sales staff to every member of the service department–to be wonderful to deal with, reliable, honest and caring. Service is meticulous, and we’ve invariably found most questions of service are settled in favor of the customer. One more nice thing about Douglas–most of the employees are long timers. There’s continuity and consistency and affable relationships with long time customers. I come away feeling good about the place, the product, the service and the staff.

I drove from CT to this most fabulous dealership to buy a used car, a Nissan Maxima from Carey. I found Carey to be a total professional! The car was immaculate (used) it was exactly as stated. The dealership did all necessary work to make this car look like new!!! And yes I would definitely buy again from then. It was a wonderful experience, the way it should be!!

Mike was extremely helpful in getting my son into his “new” used car. He worked with us on price, was patient when we couldn’t pick up the car when we originally thought – overall a very nice gentlemen to work with. After having a very bad experience with buying a used car for my other son, I was very hesitant about buying from a dealership and Mike made be believe that there might be a few honest car salesmen out there!
I would definitely recommend this dealership to family and friends!

Their rates are decently high (per hour), but the cost is always cheaper than going to a local autobody. They are thorough & quick. They also provide you with a loner car in the meantime. I highly recommend. Alexis & Mario in service are extremely professional & reasonable with all your needs. You can trust these guys.

I have serviced my QX4 there for 2 years now & am 100% satisfied. Alexis in service is wonderful & extremely professional. They are quick & thorough – so the price is always cheaper than taking my car to a local shop. They stand by their work, too – which is a must. I used to use Infiniti of Manhattan, but they were terrible with fixing problems they created. Douglas Infiniti also issues a loner while your car is being fixed. Would be hard pressed to find a better service shop. The body shop is also terrific. These guys are to be trusted. Cheers!

When I arrive at Douglas Infiniti I was immediately greeted by a wonderful service advisor named Alexis Vassilatos. She obtained all my information, identified the purpose of my visit and followed up with me over the phone once the work was identified and completed. When I returned, my car was ready, washed and Alexis assisted me in understanding the issues with the car and also identified the maintence my car would need soon enough. I will definitely be coming back to Douglas Infiniti and I will definately be working exclusively with Alexis Vassilatos.

Our overall experience at Douglas Infiniti in Summit and particularly with Yuri Khitrik, was extremely pleasant. We had been dreading going through the process of negotiating, leaving the dealership and coming back in before finally getting a reasonable price. At our very first visit at Douglas, Yuri explained the pros and cons of the different models, the pricing, etc. Yuri came back with a price which, based upon our Internet research and quotes from other dealerships, we knew to be an excellent one. Yuri took extra time to explain all of the features of the car and even after the final documentation was signed and we picked up the car, he continued to follow through with not only finding out if our cell phone was compatible with the car, but if there were any other issues we needed help with.
