Was attempting to get out of my old G37 lease five months early. Called multiple dealers and no one would give me a decent price. Called my current dealer and he was not able to work out a deal either.

Alan called me and within five minutes gave me a great offer. No games or BS. Very surprising and refreshing experience. Would definitely recommend and will do business with in the future. My old dealership was Salerno Duane in Denville. Had a very bad experience with Infiniti of Clifton. Agreed to price over the phone. When I came in, the ‘manager’ presented with a different price and would not budge. Also received bogus figures from Infiniti of Englewood. Don’t plan to waste my time in the future with those dealerships.

Excellent customer service, worked out all details of the final deal in our favor. Slight misunderstanding was totally absorbed by dealership without hesitation. All members of team had pleasant nature. Arranged all scheduling with us. Helped deal with return of old (non-Infiniti) lease. Recommend dealership and cars to all.

I love getting a new car, but the process of buying it can be painful. Gil made me feel comfortable from the start, helped me with the choice of color and made me feel he was there to help, not just sell. They were upfront and fair about the price and there were no salesy remarks like ” what will it take to get you in this car tonight.” I wold recommend this dealer to anyone looking for an Infinit. My M37 is great and I am glad I bought it from Gil and Douglas Infiniti.

Buying something like Infiniti is always difficult, especially if you are a first time buyer, carry good but not excellent credit score, don’t have long enough credit history to track back, and even with a temporary immigration status.

I never dreamed about buying an Infiniti FX35 before I dropped by at Douglas. I was interested in a used 2008 FX35 and I was stopping by just to take a look at it. I was kinda hesitate to walk in because I know although I have a job with decent payment, I came into the US only 3 years ago as a student, after I started working my credit history was still very limited due to time issue. However Steve and the financial manager Jamie worked this out. They offered me options of purchasing and financing, with a fair price.

I am glad that I went to Douglas, all people in there are very friendly, the transaction was very smooth, with little pressure.

In my experiences with the car buying process, I have always gotten the run around and bad service. I am happy to say that I didn’t get that at all with Mr. Jackson. He answered every question I had with detail and honesty, a rare combination with salesman these days. His knowledge of cars was impeccable and I was highly impressed.

I leased a 2012 Infiniti EX35 from Douglas Infiniti. The salesman, Alan Kopitman, was a pleasure to work with and very knowledgeable. He spent time going over all of the features of the car and made sure I understood everything. This is my second lease from Douglas Infiniti and I recommend them highly.

My husband and I have been a customer of Douglas Infiniti for 11 years now. We purchased a QX4 and leased a G35 from them, purchased a used M35 and have always had our vehicles serviced with them. We were in the market to buy a used car so we did our research online and were happy to find something we were interested in at Douglas Infiniti. When I went in to look at the used cars I was directed to work with Michael Carchia. My experience was pleasant and he made it very easy. Michael listened to my needs and quickly directed me to several cars available for me to look at. He was very knowledgeable as to what was available and was able to answer all my questions. The next day he made himself available so that I could come back to test drive the EX35 I was interested in and the following day my husband went in to meet Michael, test drive the car and negotiate a deal. They offered a very fair price avoiding the unnecessary back and forth that is typical when buying a car. The entire process was very easy and quick. Once we bought the car everything was handled for us (contacting insurance, getting temporary registration & license plate) and any requests we had regarding the car were met. Everything was reviewed with us regarding the warranty and availability of extended warranty. The car was ready for pickup the next day. Buying a car can be a very daunting task and Douglas Infiniti makes it very easy and stress free.
