But not only was purchasing of my G37IPL a great deal, but the service department is phenomenal and one of the main reasons I keep coming back. Alexis always assists me with her knowledge and her patience in explaining detail information. She takes great pride in always making sure that I am completely satisfied with my vehicle serviced. Totally agree w/ Oscar! I’ve got a ’99 Q45 that I brought in because of a check engine.. turned out to be more work than I thought. They took me in right away, Alexis explained to me everything to me head to toe from a loaner to estimate to picking it up… wouldnt go anywhere else, wouldnt work with anyone other than her.

Salesman Mr. Goodwin is professional, upfront and communicates the product explicitly well. He seeks the competitive business of the customer even thru financing. Mr. Goodwin provides follow up with a confidence that he presents well representing Douglas Infiniti’s sales personality. The facility is sharp, modern and classy which is indicative of the staff and the product. A relaxing atmosphere from the welcoming of prospective customer with a no pressure atmosphere. I test drove and leased a sharp 37X with a unique color. I feel like a million bucks. I would definitely recommend and refer potential buyers there and to Mr Goodwin. We were looking at cars at various local dealerships and went to Douglas Infiniti initially on the recommendation of my son. We were lucky to meet up with Carey Jackson. He was far and away the best salesman we dealt with in our whole car search. He was never pushy, but was always attentive to our wishes and guided us through several test drives of different vehicles with patience. In the end we bought an Infiniti G37x from him and are delighted with our purchase. I wish I had ten stars for Carey… I would like to mention that all the people we met at Douglas were also friendly and helpful, in particular Jamie Fishbane, who assisted us with our financials. We are very happy that we chose Douglas Infiniti!

I had been searching for a used EX for a couple of months and found the right price point at Douglas. Steve was very efficient and straightforward. Jim in the finace department was particularly exceptional.No pressure tactics from him and very honest. My only complaint is that the car did not come with floor mats.

I visited several different car dealers before leasing a Infiniti G 37X from Douglas. Dealing with Mike Carchia at Douglas and the staff was a pleasure. I have been leasing cars since 1990 and this was by far the best experience. Carchia/Douglas made certain my car was delivered in the best of condition and Mike spent time going over the details of its operation.

I’ve been going to Douglas Infinti for 4 to 5 yrs, each and everytime that I’ve gone I can honestly say OUTSTANDING!!!!!!! Alexis in the service department, she has ALWAYS shown to be very polite, and knowledgeable about the service offered. I recently leased an Infiniti G37x from Douglas Infiniti. My salesman Ray Pierce was very knowledgeable about Infiniti,s and the other sedans that I was considering. Ray never pushed me , put only presented the information that I was looking for . Ray made me feel very comfortable ,and showed real concern for my needs. I received a great price.
