Douglas Infiniti has now gone the extra length to satisfy their customers with a new technological development. They have just launched their dealership app which you can download either in the iTunes, Android or Blackberry App stores or by downloading a QR code.

The Douglas Infiniti app is a convenient, value-added and informative piece of technology that is a must have for any Douglas Infiniti customer. An intriguing features of this app is “My Garage”, where you can store all pertinent information about your vehicle. Once the data is stored you can not only schedule a service appointment but maintain all your service history. Soon from “My Garage”, you will be able to chat directly with your Douglas Infiniti Service Advisor and scan your VIN so you can receive updates on any recalls for your automobile.

When you load the Douglas Infiniti app, you are taken to the “Tool Kit” screen. The “Tool Kit” features several functions that make your driving experience a little easier. You can check out where the local cheapest gas prices are and under “Parking Assistant” you can use GPS to locate your car as well as keep track of time on your parking meter. Additionally, “Tool Kit” stores your Roadside Assistance number, keeps you in touch with all of the Douglas Infiniti Social Media sites and provides you with all industry news related to Infiniti. Quite simply, this app is a must have for any Douglas Infiniti customer as it makes your car ownership experience extremely manageable all right from your shirt pocket.

Throughout the years the ownership of Douglas Auto Group has resisted any temptation to become a highway dealership. We pride ourselves on being your personal and easily accessible neighborhood dealership. A home away from home so to speak….well our lunch today with longstanding Douglas Auto Group customer Dr. Stephen Korson exemplifies these ideals. As myself, Douglas Infiniti Sales Consultant Gil Coronado and Dr. Korson dived into a delicious lunch at Fiorino Ristorante in Summit, we began to hear an impressive tale of loyalty between a customer and a car dealership.

From 1983-present, Dr. Korson has purchased 12 vehicles from the Douglas Auto Group. The last ten of those vehicles have been Douglas Infinitis purchased through Douglas Infiniti Sales Consultant Gil Coronado. Dr. Korson has also had all his Infinitis maintained at the Douglas Infiniti Service Dept and his Infinitis repaired at the Douglas Auto Body Shop. The common theme struck by Dr. Korson as to why the loyalty to Douglas Infiniti was two-fold. First, the reliability, attention to detail and overall professionalism of the Douglas Auto Group staff went a long way with Dr. Korson. Secondly, Dr. Korson said he’s developed a personal bond with the Douglas Auto Group. “At Douglas Infiniti, we feel like we have friends there” stated Dr. Korson.

As lunch started to conclude, Dr. Korson began to tell us how he has developed similar customer relationships at his two decade plus pediatric dental practice in Summit, Summit Pediatric Dentistry. One of Dr. Korson’s hallmarks at his practice is to perform magic tricks for his pediatric customers. Stated Dr. Korson, “for a magician, I’m a very good dentist.” So as myself, Gil and Dr. Korson headed out of Fiorino Ristorante, the parallel to both Dr. Korson and Douglas Infiniti was unmistakable in my head. Both have a genuine concern to make their customers feel part of a larger family. In a cold-hearted world ruled by numbers and metrics, decency, humility and transparency can build the type of loyalty that can power two small businesses to thrive for decades.
