I went to Douglas because I had seen an ad for an G37 at another dealer. I was provided Aaron as a sales contact and he quickly explained to me why the deal was not authorized by Infiniti. In a very no pressure way he explained what an authorized deal would look like and then worked with me to make sure all of my questions were answered. Through the sale I met several people and all were professional and worked to make the process as smooth as possible. I highly recommend both Douglas and Aaron.
