My first experience with Douglas Infiniti and Ray Pierce was when I went in to kill some time looking at the 2011 line. Even though I made it clear to Ray that I had no intention of buying a car in the immediate future, he took the time to answer my questions and made me feel like when the time was right for me, he wanted to earn my business. When I returned a couple of months later, I was not disappointed. Prior to going into the dealership, I did my homework to assess the value of the car I intended to buy and the value of my trade in. When Ray met my offer, I thought it too good to be true. Just to make sure I wasn’t leaving any money on the table, I checked with other dealers and found Douglas to be significantly better on both the new car price and trade in, including the dealership from which I purchased my previous Infiniti. I highly recommend Douglas Infiniti and Ray Pierce. In Douglas you will get the benefit of small town service and large dealership pricing.
